To the leader I will be, from the leader I am.
I see you.
Steady, grounded, and unafraid to lead with both strength and softness. I know you will carry forward the wisdom born from moments of tension, the courage shaped from discomfort, and the compassion I am still learning to extend to myself and others.
Right now, I am still finding my balance. I am learning that leadership is not just about control or efficiency, but about presence, humility, and care. I am unlearning the need to armor myself and beginning to understand that vulnerability is not weakness, but rather where connection lives. I am learning to pause, to listen, to ask instead of assume, and to lead in ways that make space for all voices, not just the loudest or most prepared.
When you look back, I hope you see how deeply I tried. How intentional I was in choosing growth over comfort, compassion over control, and disruption over silence. I hope you continue to honor the human stories at the heart of your work, protect your values even when they challenge the systems around you, and remember that your power has always lived in your ability to care fiercely and lead authentically.
I am becoming you with love, courage, and purpose.
I can’t wait to meet you.
